This refers to the ability to practise self-restraint. The ability to fight the temptation of letting oneself go. It refers more or less to general conducts in all areas of life. It is more of how an individual conducts himself. Such people adhere to moral principles which they have become convinced of. It is therefore, in its true practise something that comes from within. Moral principles are based on the Laws of God. He who understands and grasps these Laws will also as a matter of course be moral. Such a person’s life is guided by conscience which clearly shows him what is right or wrong in any matter.
