All knowing, all wise. This refers to the Wisdom of God. He sees the consequences of our decisions to the very end and is thus able to take measures in regard to them. In this also lies Providence and guidance and also all help for mankind unto all eternity. 

This does not, however, mean that He is able to foresee the exact decision of every little human being on earth. He is able to foresee all the possibilities and then make provisions for that. This also means that He knows what is best at any time for any human spirit and has already made provisions for the ascent and spiritual progress of all human beings.

All this He has wisely provided for in His Laws. Therefore, every human being has his spiritual path clearly marked out for him, if he is willing to allow those paths to unfold for him and follow it, instead of, as usual, using his intellect to destroy the destiny that God has carefully prepared for him.

We should allow the Wisdom of God to guide our lives through the Omniscience that is His, then we would no longer have to worry about anything but only joyful affirmation of the Holiness of God at all times in our lives.

The onus is therefore on the human spirits to learn to know the Laws of God which guide our lives and lead us to the true goal of spiritual perfection.
